How to find your processor type and speed, amount of ram, and version of windows on your computer:
Right click on your My Computer icon to get a drop down menu.
Select Properties from the drop down menu
Once the properties window appears, click on the General tab to select it.
At the bottom of the general tab you will find a listing of your processor type and speed, amount of ram, and Version of Windows.??If your processor is a Dual Core or a 64 bit processor, please include this in your email.
How to find your hard drive size:
Double left click your My Computer icon to open it.
Right click on your C: drive (it may be labeled 'Local Disk C:')
Select Properties from the drop down menu.
You will find your hard drive's capacity and amount used in the properties window that opens.
