How to contact Generations

Remember, your first line of help for the Generations digitizing program and Generations embroidery machines will always be your authorized Generations dealer. The Generations dealer network help with educational tasks such as: training you on how to properly use the software, answering design and machine questions, instructing you on how to move designs from the comptuer to the machine, and other initial customer care tasks. Part of the dealer's responcibility is to contact us when you are encountering a question that they cannot answer.

Allowing dealers this responcibility gives us at Generations to conentrate on continually innovating our products and services. If you need to contact our offices, please have the following information ready for our employees so that they may better assist you:

• Your full name
• Contact phone number
• Dealer name
• Dongle Number

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm central time zone

Software Technical Support

If you need technical help for the Generations Digitizing Software, please write an email with the following information:

• Full Name

• Company Name (optional)

• Dongle number (you can find this on the side of the dongle and will start with a G: or M:)

• Phone number

• Shipping Address

• Your computer's specs (processor type and speed, amount of ram, and hard drive size)

• The name of your Generations dealer

• If you have dongle protection (Yes or No)

• The type of embroidery machine you use

• A full description of your problem.
