Finding Computer Specs
How to find your processor type and speed, amount of ram, and version of windows on your computer:
- Right click on your My Computer icon to get a drop down menu.
- Select Properties from the drop down menu.
- Once the properties window appears, click on the General tab to select it.
- At the bottom of the general tab you will find a listing of your processor type and speed, amount of ram, and Version of Windows.??If your processor is a Dual Core or a 64 bit processor, please include this in your email.
How to find your hard drive size:
- Double left click your My Computer icon to open it.
- Right click on your C: drive (it may be labeled 'Local Disk C:')
- Select Properties from the drop down menu.
- You will find your hard drive's capacity and amount used in the properties window that opens.
